H World International launches an innovative pilot project/ a dream job by voice mail

Job seekers are now able to submit applications to H World International within only two minutes by reaching for their smart phones and leaving a simple voice message. This new system has been made possible thanks to a cooperation agreement with the Heidelberg-based software development company Talk’n’Job.

“Our aim is to pick up our future colleagues from the everyday life situations they find themselves in,” said Ulrich Bensel, H World International’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Talk’n’Job allows us to recruit in a way which is contemporary and appropriate to the target group we wish to attract.”

The software is being piloted at the Steigenberger Hotel Munich, the Steigenberger Grandhotel Handelshof Leipzig, the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg and the IntercityHotel Stralsund before being deployed right across the group.

Talk’n’Job offers solutions for rapid and effective recruitment within only two minutes via a voice-guided application chat which takes place on a smart phone. It is also able to process the digital data provided to create a meaningful profile of the candidate in question. This streamlines a procedure which is normally protracted and complex and leads to greater efficiency for both employers and applicants.
