Deutsche Hospitality chosen as “best service provider to the SME sector” in the “Business Hotels” category

The market research company ServiceValue has named Deutsche Hospitality best service provider to the SME sector in the category of “Business Hotels”. According to a survey commissioned by the magazine WirtschaftsWoche, the group is held in particularly high esteem by mid-sized companies in Germany. Respondents were particularly impressed by staff reliability and friendliness, and these were key aspects in enabling Deutsche Hospitality to secure first place in the “Business Hotels” category ahead of some big-name competitors.

The individual hotels embody individuality and outstanding service. The IntercityHotel brand operates 40 modern urban hotels located within easy walking distance of railway stations or airports. These provide the perfect stop-off point for travellers who set great store by mobility. Jaz in the City, the latest Deutsche Hospitality brand, delivers an unconventional atmosphere at the very heart of pulsating metropolitan areas. “We are delighted to receive this award,” said Deutsche Hospitality’s CEO Thomas Willms. “Especially in the service sector, a company’s success is intrinsically linked with the motivation and personal commitment shown by its employees. This approach means that our hotels are able to offer business travellers a real home-from-home during the short period of their stay.”
