Our "Green Meeting" concept provides an important contribution to ecologically aware business – from the handling of guest arrivals to the realization of the meeting itself and beyond.
Every aspect of the event is designed according to sustainability considerations. This includes such things as an environmentally friendly arrival on the train with the Deutsche Bahn and catering that uses primarily local and seasonal products with organic or fair-trade certification. Waste disposal follows a certified recyclables separation practice. We make an effort to use materials with minimal packaging and we employ technology with a low level of power consumption.
The Green Meeting concept creates a closed reusable material cycle that is both low-emission and climate-neutral. In this way, we show that sustainability can be incorporated into every aspect of hotel management and that it starts with the small things.
