Expand your knowledge with culinary and service skills, learn the latest revenue management strategies or refine your skills with management training and HR courses.

 

For each STEP@Deutsche Hospitality, we employ experienced professionals from our group or draw on the external expertise of renowned training and education institutes. All our seminars and workshops have a practical orientation. In addition, we attach great importance to the fact that you can get to know the international and diverse way that Deutsche Hospitality works, both in Germany and abroad.

 

Together with your supervisor, you can find out which STEP Programs are suitable for you. A variety of options are available for employees at all levels.

Leadership Programs

Do you want to build up or develop your management skills? Then the development programs for managers at Deutsche Hospitality offer you numerous opportunities to tackle new challenges within the company.

 

The Leadership Program opens up development opportunities for middle and senior management and is oriented towards the needs of our managers. They are able to follow individual development plans and benefit from the experience of their colleagues in alumni workshops and coaching sessions.

 

We motivate employees, instilling enthusiasm for the profession and shaping a management style in which our guiding principles are practiced. These basic principles are something we reinforce in our leadership programs with the help of professional and external consultants. We prepare you for future tasks and in doing so orient ourselves towards our shared understanding of management.
Alongside technical excellence, the managers of Deutsche Hospitality also stand out for their interpersonal skills - and for us these are unalterably crucial.

Deutsche Hospitality prepares promising talents within the group for the next step in their careers. The talent programs strengthen the up-and-coming generation of managers and foster development opportunities for potential hotel directors and general managers.
The Young Potential Award by Deutsche Hospitality (YPA) is part of an international development program that prepares motivated employees for their future roles as managers.

 

Leadership and management skills are taught in a practice-oriented way using innovative teaching and development methods (e.g. with online simulation games), so that you as a future manager are able to approach the next step in your career with confidence and honed skills.
With the Young Potential Award we recognize program participants who have proven their skills to a particular degree and are role-models for the management culture of Deutsche Hospitality.

 

Future hotel directors and general managers also approach their next career steps through the talent program. This program is oriented towards middle management and prepares you optimally for the tasks and challenges associated with being the director of a national or international hotel operated by Deutsche Hospitality.

In a dynamic industry, experts are also always learning - and contributing to the further development of Deutsche Hospitality. The Expert Programs are open to all the managers in our company.

 

Here you can expand your skills in your relevant area of expertise - be it gastronomy, service or even software knowledge or negotiation techniques.

 

You can attend specialist seminars and training sessions in service and cooking camps or enhance your management knowledge at the Sales Academy.

 

We prepare trainees for their examinations and teach the interdisciplinary methods and social competence of our employees.
